① Dissolve water and detergent in a bucket or tub, put the Perlos collar in it, and gently press it with your hands to wash it.
② After washing, rinse thoroughly with water several times to ensure that no detergent remains.
③Drain the water thoroughly and dry it in a shaded area out of direct sunlight. Once you have confirmed that the clothes are sufficiently dry, the washing process is complete.

Perros collars are warranted against defects and damage not due to natural wear or deterioration under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Therefore, we reserve the right to verify that it is within the scope of correct use.
In order to receive the above warranty, in Japan, the product must be a genuine product purchased from Alice's Dog & Cat or an affiliated shop, and a stamped and dated warranty card must be presented.
Once the product arrives and you have checked the size, please attach the date sticker to the product tag and store it in a safe place.
Incorrect use will void the warranty. For example, during use, this means chafing or damage from external impacts, product chewing, violation of washing instructions, modification, repair, or tampering.

<Return/exchange conditions>
The following must apply.
・Products for which you have contacted "info@alices-dogcat.com" within 7 days of receiving the product.
・Products with product tags that have not been cut off and are still attached to the harness
・Products where the enclosed date sticker is not attached to the product tag
・Products that are free of damage, fraying, scratches, and stains and can be judged to be "equivalent to unused products" according to our standards.
・Products returned within 10 days of receiving the product
・Products that are not listed as "non-returnable" on the product page

A refund fee of 1,500 yen will be charged as a handling fee for each return, and these fees will be borne by the customer.
We also cannot accept returns in the following cases.
・Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days
・Products that are clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page, such as sale items
・Products with accessories or warranty tags removed from the product, or products with a date sticker pasted on the warranty tag.
・Products returned without completing the return/exchange procedures
・Products that have been used once, repaired, washed, or cleaned

If the product you receive has scratches or defects, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly issue an exchange or return/refund.
