Perlos
The Perros harness is a dog harness developed by dog educators to provide ultimate comfort for dogs.
Dog educators are not very familiar in Japan, but in Europe, which is a developed country for pets, dog educators are considered an important job for living with dogs, along with dog trainers.
Their job role is to teach owners, not dogs, the correct way to care for dogs in daily life.
Perlos harnesses are H-shaped and Y-shaped harnesses that not only prevent friction on the neck, trachea, and skin, dig into the armpits, and cause other pain .
The clasp around the neck allows dogs who are not good at putting their head through when putting on clothes to wear it without fear.
The Perros harness was created by a dog educator who worked in a veterinary hospital for many years, in response to the apparent lack of harnesses on the market that could solve problems that arise in various situations when living with dogs. Founder Lucas G. Polidoro created it in 2008 as a harness to help solve problems.

The part with one buckle will be around the neck.
Undo the buckle around the neck and attach it around your dog's neck.
Undo the buckles on both sides of the torso .
Make sure that the belt does not twist, and pass the buckle on the left and right sides over your body.
You can stop on both sides without raising your feet. Check the Y-shaped position on your chest, and adjust the length so that it fits 2 to 3 fingers around the waist. (It is recommended that the circumference of the dog's torso is large enough to fit two to three fingers in, so that there is room in case the dog becomes breathless due to exercise or excitement.) Depending on the size, make sure it's not too snug or too loose; as a guide, there should be enough room for 2 fingers for small dogs, 2 to 3 fingers for medium dogs, and 3 to 4 fingers for large dogs. Please adjust accordingly)
Installation is complete. Check that the harness is in the correct position. Adjust the position of your torso so that the Y-shape on your chest is above your sternum, and the position of your torso is 2 to 3 fingers away from your armpits.
■ How to remove: Once you remove all three buckles, it will come off easily.
*Please adjust the neck and torso sizes so that they are symmetrical.
Perros washing instructions

① Dissolve water and detergent in a bucket or tub, put the Perros Harness in it, and gently press it with your hands to wash it.
② After washing, rinse thoroughly with water several times to ensure that no detergent remains.
③Drain the water thoroughly and dry it in a shaded area out of direct sunlight. Once you have confirmed that the clothes are sufficiently dry, the washing process is complete.
Perros Guarantee
Perros harnesses are warranted against defects and damage not caused by natural wear or deterioration under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Therefore, we reserve the right to verify that it is within the scope of correct use.
In order to receive the above warranty, in Japan, the product must be a genuine product purchased from Alice's Dog & Cat or an affiliated shop, and a stamped and dated warranty card must be presented.
Once the product arrives and you have checked the size, please attach the date sticker to the product tag and store it in a safe place.
Incorrect use will void the warranty. For example, during use, this means chafing or damage from external impacts, product chewing, violation of washing instructions, modification, repair, or tampering.

■ Returns/Exchanges
Perros Returns and Exchanges
Regarding the Perros harness purchased from this online store, if the ordered product is ``different from the image'' or ``I made a mistake in my order'', etc., if the reason is due to the customer's convenience, as long as it meets our return/exchange conditions. We accept returns.
If the reason is due to your pet's love, such as "the size doesn't fit and you want to change it", we will accept an "exchange" if you meet our return/exchange conditions.
In that case, please note that all shipping and handling charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer. In the case of an "exchange", we will bear the shipping costs for re-delivery of the product to the customer.

・Products with product tags that have not been cut off and are still attached to the harness
・Products where the enclosed date sticker is not attached to the product tag
・Products that are free of damage, fraying, scratches, and stains and can be judged to be "equivalent to unused products" according to our standards.
・Products returned within 10 days of receiving the product
・Products that are not listed as "non-returnable" on the product page

A refund fee of 1,500 yen will be charged as a handling fee for each return, and these fees will be borne by the customer.
We also cannot accept returns in the following cases.
・Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days
・Products that are clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page, such as sale items
・Products with accessories or warranty tags removed from the product, or products with a date sticker pasted on the warranty tag.
・Products returned without completing the return/exchange procedures
・Products that have been used once, repaired, washed, or cleaned

If the product you receive has scratches or defects, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will promptly issue an exchange or return/refund.

In addition, if we are unable to prepare a replacement item, we will respond by returning or refunding the item.
