We will ship within a maximum of 7 days after confirming your order.
In the case of pre-order items, if the item is not in stock in Japan depending on the timing of your order, it will be ordered from each brand's head office, so it may take 2 to 3 months to arrive.
In that case, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm whether you can wait for the item, change or cancel your order.

[About returns]
In the case of an initial defective product or a mistake made by our company, we will bear the shipping charges and other fees.
We will accept returns and exchanges.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

In the case of returns due to customer circumstances, a handling fee of 1,500 yen will be charged for each return and refund process, and these fees will be borne by the customer.
